This portal is used to streamline service requests and change requests for MMRCL's IT, ERP, and CAMS systems. Each support request received via email on respective helpdesk id gets assigned a unique service request number, enabling you to track its progress and responses online. We maintain a comprehensive archive and history of all requests for your reference. Please ensure you use a valid email address when submitting a service request.
